We are looking for a tech-savvy, sales motivated individual looking to get a start in SaaS sales to join our hyper-growth sales team selling sales enablement software and interactive video technology. You'll be working directly with our Account Executives and Client Success Team to land - expand and retain new and existing clients. This is an entry-level position that will have rapid growth and room for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Convert warm leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team
Coordinate account reviews with our existing clients
Identify new expand projects and retention strategies
Prospect and contact potential customers
Attain revenue targets and quotas
Respond timely to customer inquiries
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Demo and sell individuals who come in from our lead wheel
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer success and retention
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
